1. Agreement
By creating an account on WhatsTech you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Account & workspace
You are responsible for the activity of every user invited to your workspace. Keep your access tokens, API tokens and Stripe billing details secure.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to send unsolicited bulk messages, harass recipients, ship malware, or violate Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy. We may suspend accounts found in violation.
4. Plans & billing
Paid plans are billed via Stripe on the cadence shown at checkout. You can switch or cancel from Settings → Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and is not refunded pro-rata.
5. Data ownership
Contacts, conversations and templates remain your property. We process them solely to provide the service. On account deletion we purge data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
6. Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is”. We make no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. WhatsApp delivery is provided by Meta and is subject to their availability.
7. Changes
We may revise these terms; material changes will be announced by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
