1. What we collect
We collect your name, email and (optionally) phone when you sign up. Inside your workspace, we store the contacts, messages, templates and campaign data you create or that arrive via the WhatsApp Cloud API.
2. How we use it
To run your workspace, send and receive WhatsApp messages on your behalf, render reports, deliver outgoing webhooks you have configured, and to bill you when on a paid plan.
3. Sharing
We share data with subprocessors strictly to provide the service:
- Meta / WhatsApp Cloud API – delivery of your messages.
- Stripe – payment processing for paid plans.
- Pusher – real-time chat updates (event metadata only).
- Hostinger – hosting infrastructure.
We do not sell or rent your data.
4. Retention
Active workspace data is retained while the account is active. After account deletion we purge data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
5. Security
API and webhook secrets are stored encrypted at rest. All traffic is served over HTTPS. We rotate access tokens on demand from Settings → API.
6. Your rights
You can export contacts and messages at any time, edit or delete them, and request a full account deletion by writing to hello@technopek.com.
7. Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
